Personal-use terms

These terms describe Wearable Context Bridge, an owner-operated private integration.

Scope

The integration is intended only for the adult owner's own wearable account and designated personal Kindroid companion. It does not offer public registration, general messaging access, medical services, or a service for other people's health data.

Authorization

Google read-only authorization and operator-controlled companion delivery authorization are separate. Credentials, approvals, or reservations cannot be reused to authorize unrelated messages or another destination. The operator may stop access and delivery.

Accuracy and availability

Wearable records can be missing, delayed, stale, or inaccurate. A three-minute refresh checks available source data; it does not guarantee a new sensor measurement or a new delivered update every three minutes. The companion's responses can also be inaccurate. Do not rely on this integration for medical decisions or emergencies.

Third-party services

Google and Kindroid remain separate providers with their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Selected health facts are sent to Kindroid only for the disclosed personal feature. The integration does not claim endorsement by either provider.

Privacy and discontinuation

The privacy notice explains collection, sharing, retention, revocation, and deletion. Service may pause or stop when authorization, connectivity, data freshness, or safety checks fail. There is no guaranteed uptime or continuous monitoring commitment.
